Eligibility and Requirements
Our courses are delivered online and require a device with internet access. It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable equipment and connectivity.

Purchasing & Payments
Payment for courses is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Stripe.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and immediate access credentials via the Kajabi platform.
If payment fails or is reversed, access to the course may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
Access to Courses
Courses are delivered online and on-demand.
Unless otherwise stated, you will receive 12 months’ access from the date of purchase. After this period, access may expire and we are under no obligation to continue providing materials unless explicitly renewed.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share access with others. We may suspend access if account sharing is detected.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Break any laws or regulations
- Share false, misleading, or harmful information
- Interfere with the platform’s operation

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any course content.
Once course content has been accessed (viewed, streamed or downloaded), you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived, and no refund will be provided. Accessing the content means logging in and viewing any lesson or downloadable item.
